Living accommodation and use of studio space
Prices are per person and calculated on a daily basis.
This includes all cleaning, bed linen and towels and use of the fully equipped kitchens.

Please note that these costs include the assistance of our technical staff for kiln packing, firings, glaze and materials and plaster work. However if you wish our technicians to make complete plaster moulds then a small charge will be made for the technicians time.

You can transfer the rental one month in advance or pay in cash (HUF) in the office of ICS. Payment for acommodation must be made at the beginning of the work period, materials and firings will be paid the the end of the artist's stay.
If paying by bank transfer, please contact us for details.

It may be possible for you to make applications to arts councils and funding organisations in your home country to offset some of the cost of your residency at ICS. View a list of international funding organisations.

Kilns are usually fired by groups of participating artists so the relative costs are reduced greatly by shared kiln space. Wood kiln prices include the cost of wood and labour .

These clays are the standard range stocked by us.
It is also possible to mix individual clay bodies at your request, but we kindly ask you to send information in advance to determine if we have the materials or not. Some materials may not be available in Hungary.

We also ask you not to send anything to ICS in a parcel by mail because of excessive customs fees and other difficulties. Please, bring everything with you in your luggage!
