COURSE INFORMATION

Course sizes are between 6 - 10 persons, depending on the course subject.

You should plan to arrive the day before the course starts and leave the day after.

COURSE FEE INCLUDES 

Accommodation in a single bedroom with shared bathroom and WC. Rooms are provided with all bedlinen and towels.

Tuition fees.

Materials needed to complete the course

Firing costs if applicable to the course.

24 hour access to the studios.

Use of all facilities - kitchens, dining areas, lounges and library.

We have a limited number of rooms with private bath and WC. These are available at a supplement of 24,000 HUF per course. Please indicate below if you wish to reserve one of these rooms. Please note they are available on a first come basis.

HOW TO REGISTER

Please complete this form and press SUBMIT to register for the courses.

A deposit of 50% of the total course fee is required within 14 days to confirm your place on the course.

After submitting this registration form we will email you with our bank information so you can proceed with the deposit payment by bank transfer.

The registration will be confirmed upon accreditation of the deposit in our banking account.

The balance must be paid at the beginning of the course.

If you cancel 30 days before the start of the course we will refund 50% of the deposit paid.

No refunds of deposits will be made after the 30 day deadline.

We reserve the right to cancel a course if it fails to achieve the minimum number of participants. A full refund will be given if the course is cancelled by us.

If a tutor cancels for any reason then we will guarantee the course will be given by a tutor of similar qualification. 

We also reserve the right to change the tutor for the course and replace with another suitable tutor if necessary.

All participants must comply with the ICS Health and Safety policy.
