EVENTS
AT THE
STUDIO

Our organised program of symposium,
open days, lectures and demonstrations.

Each year we organise a major international ceramic symposium with acknowledged ceramic masters. The invited guest artists will be working on their own projects or in collaboration with the other residents. The invited masters present their working methods and discuss their ideas and philosophy during demonstrations, formal and informal seminars and public lectures.

2026 International Ceramics Symposium
SHELTER

3 - 28 August, 2026

The aim of the symposium is for participating artists to respond to the theme “Shelter” in the broadest possible sense. They are encouraged to choose an aspect that resonates with them, drawing from their own life experiences, cultural background, and artistic interests. Whether through an abstract form, a figurative work telling a personal story, or an installation functioning as social commentary, the goal is to foster diverse, thought-provoking, and deeply human artistic responses.

We trust that the theme will serve as an inspiring starting point for all invited artists and provide space for a wide range of personal creative expressions.

Invited artists: SaeRi Seo, Mariya Alipeva, Jovana Cavorovic, Yuriy Musatov, Boleman Bence, Szávoszt Katalin, Rejka Erika, Karsai Zsófia
